In the process of learning T'ai Chi forms, my students only learn a few new movements in each class. This provides them an opportunity to practice the sequence of movements outside of class to learn the forms. The practice videos below are available as an aid to help students learn the forms through additional repetition of the T'ai Chi movements I teach.
